Credit Card Authorization Terms – Top Tier Chauffeur Services Accept and Sign

1. A 20% deposit of the total bill (unless other arrangements are made) is due at time of signed contract.

2. For service within 24 hours of booking, payment is required (and your card will be charged) before the vehicle will be dispatched.

3. All deposits are NON-refundable. Full payment is due 72 hours prior to service, except for limousine and bus services, which require full payment at least 1 week prior to service (unless other arrangements are made).

4. Group cancellations made prior to 30 days in advance of service date may apply their deposit to new service within the next 365 days.

5. Customers may cancel:

o Airport transfers up to 24 hours before start time with no penalty.
o Hourly bookings up to 48 hours prior to start time with no penalty.
o Mini coach, motor coach, and similar jobs: Cancellations must be in writing at least 1 week prior to reservation.
(Inside these windows, the full charge applies.)

6. Reservation is 100% guaranteed at time of booking and receipt of a confirmation with booking and confirmation number will be sent.

7. It is the responsibility of the client to verify all details of any confirmed trip. No refund will be given due to inaccuracies on a reservation.

8. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

9. All electronic services on buses are complimentary amenities including audiovisual, PA system, internet, etc. Any malfunctions will not be grounds for a refund or cancellation.

10. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the chartered vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

11. A fee minimum of $250.00 for each carpet or seat burn. $500 cleaning fee for smoking inside the vehicle. 

12. Drug use is prohibited by law. Company is not responsible for 

13. The driver has the right to terminate trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)).

14. It is illegal to stand through a sunroof.

15. Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.

16. Overtime pay will be charged at the same rate of the service for every 15 minutes delayed (this does not include commercial airline flight delays).

17.Company is NOT responsible for delays or terminations caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. accidents, snow, ice, flooding, hurricane, etc.).

18.Company is NOT responsible for articles left in the limousine vehicles. Company will notify client if items are left in the vehicles.

19. Full balance must be received at 48 hours prior to the reservation.

20. Any overages on time that was not reserved will be charged to the credit card provided once services are rendered (unless other arrangements have been made).

21. Vehicles cannot be exceed beyond seating capacity.

22. We have multiple vehicles of each type. Exact vehicle in photos is not guaranteed, but we will provide the same color, model and type or a like-kind or better.

23. For all bookings exceeding $1,000.00, a 4% processing fee may apply.

24. By contracting (paying, giving credit card info over the phone or email, or using services) you agree to all policy and procedures including terms of service.

25. Not responsible for Acts of God, War, Terrorism, Storms, Hurricanes, Flooding, Rain, Power Outages, that can cause delays or cancellation of requested services.
