Top Tier Chauffeur Services – Cancellation & Service Policy

Mechanical Breakdown

Top Tier Chauffeur Services is not responsible for any mechanical breakdown that
may occur during a charter. In the event of a breakdown, we will make every
reasonable effort to remedy the situation by either rescheduling lost time at a
mutually agreed date, providing a credit toward future service, or securing a
comparable replacement vehicle if available. The appropriate option will be
determined based on what is most practical and suitable at the time.”

Client Liability for Damage

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused
during the rental period by themselves or any members of their party.

  • A $250 fee will be charged for each carpet or seat burn.
  • A $250 sanitation fee will be applied if necessary.

    Alcohol and Drug Use

    Alcohol consumption and drug use are strictly prohibited by law in our vehicles,
    unless otherwise permitted by local jurisdiction and vehicle type. Any fines resulting
    from such activities will be paid by the client.

    Driver’s Right to Terminate

    The driver has the right to terminate the ride without a refund if there is blatant
    misconduct, illegal activity, or indiscretion by the client(s).

    Illegal Activities

    Standing through the sunroof or engaging in any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

    Smoking Policy

    All vehicles in our fleet are non-smoking. If smoking occurs in the vehicle, a $500
    cleaning fee will be charged to the client. The fee will be either paid upfront or
    collected during/after the ride.

 

Overtime Charges

Overtime charges will apply if the rental period extends more than 15 minutes
beyond the prearranged time.
For airport pick-ups, one hour of complimentary wait time is included under normal
conditions (excluding flight delays).
For point-to-point transfers and non-airport pick-ups, overtime charges will begin
15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time.

Weather-Related Delays

Top Tier Chauffeur Services is not responsible for delays or service termination
caused by unsafe road conditions, including unplowed roads, accidents, flooding,
or other hazardous conditions.

Lost Items

Top Tier Chauffeur Services is not responsible for any articles left in the vehicle
during or after the ride.

Payment Terms

All balances must be paid in full to the driver before the start of the ride.
Alternatively, charges will be processed through the credit card on file after the ride
is completed.
Seating Capacity
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity specified by the
manufacturer or safety regulations.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all reservations, even if made on the
same day or $200, whichever is higher.
Sedan and SUV Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are fully
    non-refundable.
    Stretch Limousine and Van Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled pickup time are 100%
    non-refundable.

Other Vehicles (e.g., Buses, Mini Coaches):

  • For all other vehicles, including buses, mini-coaches, and similar, cancellation
    terms may vary. Please contact us for specific details.
