We had a great experience using this shuttle service for our recent event. The company was very responsive throughout the booking process and the communication was clear and professional. We used Top Tier for our son's Prom and they were amazing! They picked up from our home in Rosharon, took our son and his girlfriend to The San Luis, dropped his girlfriend off at her home on the way home, and then my son. All smooth, and very easy to coordinate. Will certainly use them again!

Our driver Kae came 15 minutes before our appointment time. He had water for us and was nice enough to u-turn around when my husband realized he forgot something. He was great driver for my motion sickness. We highly recommended them.

Our driver Kae was on time, professional, polite and made sure we felt safe. Thank you for making our son’s graduation arrival and departure so stress free and flawless. The shuttle was spacious and very clean. My mom is claustrophobic and I called Betty 2 days before the graduation and Betty DROVE the bus to my mom just so she could sit in it to make sure she felt comfortable. Talk about top tier service!! We will be booking again.

I can't say enough good things about Top Tier Chauffeur Services. We used them for two days of wedding events. First, Betty was an absolute gem. Always so quick to answer any questions and made sure to keep up with any changes we needed. We rented two buses taking from hotel, to rehearsal dinner, bar and day of wedding. They were on time, kind, and buses were clean. Day of wedding it rained heavily and they made sure all guests were walked to venue under umbrellas to not get wet. Will be using them the next time we have an event in Houston!

I used Top Tier Chauffeur for travel to and from the Galveston cruise port. They were amazing! The first thing I'll say is the actual vehicle they used to transport us was very nice and luxurious. We had a huge group and they were able to accommodate 27 people including all of our luggage, which was impressive. The other thing I liked was that they were punctual. Given that we were all coming from out of town, I was nervous and wanted to make sure we weren't late either getting to the cruise port or even getting to our respective airports once we returned from the cruise. Everything went off without a hitch and made for a very relaxing commute to and from our destination. If you are looking for a company for transportation, I would definitely recommend them.

I’ll be using this car service every time that I’m in town. The service is exceptional. We had several hours before our flight, and they were able to arrange a few activities for us to do so that we didn’t have to sit at the airport all day. We had a group of 9, so it’s no small feat.
