Welcome to Top Tier Chauffeur Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By
accessing or using our website, booking system, mobile applications, or related
services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of
Service (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Top Tier
Chauffeur Services, LLC, headquartered in Pearland, Texas. If you do not agree with
these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility
   Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.
   By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a
   binding agreement.
2. Services Provided
   Top Tier Chauffeur Services provides private and group chauffeur-driven rides,
   including senior transportation, event travel, tours, airport/corporate transfers, and
   special occasion services.
   We act as a transportation provider, connecting clients (“Riders”) with professional
   drivers (“Drivers”) employed or contracted by us.
   Services may include shared/group rides where Riders from the same community or
   area may combine trips for a reduced fare.
   Riders may also request private rides, tours, or custom trips at their discretion.
3. User Responsibilities
   Riders agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information (pick-up, drop-off, passenger details).
• Be ready at the scheduled pick-up time and location.
• Pay for all booked services, including applicable fees, tolls, waiting time, or tips.
  Drivers agree to:
• Maintain valid licenses, insurance, and safe vehicles.
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely transportation.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.

1. Payment Terms
   All fares must be paid using the Company’s approved payment methods
   (credit/debit card, online invoice, or pre-approved billing).
   Payment is due at time of booking or completion of service, unless otherwise
   agreed.
   Group/shared rides may have special pricing that requires Riders to agree on
   destinations or schedules.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
   Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up may be refunded
   in full.
   Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pick-up may be subject to
   a cancellation fee.
   No-shows will be charged the full fare.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
   Users may not:

• Use the Services for unlawful activity.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Disrupt operations or harm the reputation of Top Tier Chauffeur Services.
  Violation may result in suspension or termination of Services.

1. Suspension & Termination
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User’s access to Services for
   violation of these Terms or misconduct, with or without notice.
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
   Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
   We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every ride will meet specific
   timing expectations (e.g., due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events).
3. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top Tier Chauffeur Services shall not be liable
   for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Injuries, delays, or losses outside of our reasonable control.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Rider for the disputed
  service within the last 12 months.

1. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
   Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
2. Changes to Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on
   our website.
   Continued use of Services means acceptance of revised Terms.
