Who We Partner With
Most of our partnerships exist because somebody else has already promised a client that the ground transportation will be handled, and they need that to be true. The arrangement matters less than the reliability behind it.
Travel advisors and agencies
The largest group. An advisor who has sold a cruise out of Galveston or a trip through Houston needs the transfer to work without becoming their problem at six in the morning. Registered advisors get a direct contact line rather than the public booking form, so a change on a travel day reaches a person who already knows the booking. Details are on the travel advisor page.
Hotels and concierge desks
A concierge recommendation is the concierge's reputation, not ours. That is the whole reason these relationships are worth running properly: the desk needs to know that the vehicle turns up, that the chauffeur is presentable, and that a guest who calls at midnight gets an answer.
Event planners and venues
Weddings, galas, conferences and corporate hospitality all have the same failure mode: transport is planned last and then decides whether the schedule holds. Planners who work with us regularly hand over the timings and let us build the vehicle plan backwards from them. See event transportation and large group transportation.
Corporate accounts
Companies that move executives, visiting clients or media crews through Houston often want one account, consolidated invoicing and a standing set of preferences rather than a new booking conversation every time. That is set up once and then it runs.
Other operators
Chauffeur companies refer work to each other constantly, usually when a date is already sold out or a job needs more vehicles than one operator holds. We take overflow and we hand it out, and the standard on a referred job is the same as on a direct one, because the referring operator's client is the one judging it.
Starting One
There is no application process and no minimum volume. Tell us what you do, roughly what kind of trips you expect to send, and whether you need a direct contact line, account billing, or both. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we would rather say so than take the booking and disappoint your client.
Everything we send out on your behalf is run by chauffeurs trained through PAX Certified Chauffeur Training, licensed and permitted by the City of Houston, and background checked. When you put your name to a recommendation, that is what is behind it.

Do I need to send a certain amount of work?
No. Some partners send one trip a year and some send several a week. Volume changes how we set the account up, not whether we will work with you.
Who does my client deal with on the day?
The chauffeur, and us if anything needs sorting. You are not the intermediary once the trip is booked, and you are not expected to relay messages on a travel morning. If something changes, we contact the traveler directly and tell you what happened.
What does it cost to be a partner?
Nothing. There is no fee, no membership and no exclusivity requirement. Travel advisors registered through the advisor program have their own compensation arrangement, which is set out in the agreement rather than published on a web page.
Can you handle a trip outside Houston?
Often, and it depends on the trip. Galveston, the surrounding counties and both airports are routine. Further out, ask. If we cannot cover it well we will say so rather than take it and subcontract it to someone you did not choose.
