Point to point versus hourly

These are two different products and people book the wrong one all the time.

• Point to point: you know where you are going and you are not coming back. Quoted as a single trip.
• Hourly: you need the vehicle to wait, or you have several stops and the timing is loose.

What it is usually booked for

• Medical appointments where a family member cannot take the morning off
• A downtown meeting when parking costs more than the ride and takes longer
• Getting to a restaurant or venue when nobody wants to drive home
• Transfers between hotels, offices, or venues during a multi-day visit
• Runs to a private terminal or an FBO

Fixed quote, and what changes it

You get the price before the trip, not a meter reading afterwards. Houston traffic is our problem, not yours: a quoted trip that takes ninety minutes instead of forty because the Katy Freeway is closed is still the quoted price.

What does change the quote is a change you make. Adding a stop, changing the destination mid-trip, or holding the vehicle at one end moves it toward hourly, and we will say so at the time rather than surprising you with it later.

Booking short notice

Same-day is often possible outside peak periods, and the honest answer is that it depends on the hour. Early morning airport runs and weekday rush windows are the hardest. Call rather than use the form if the trip is today.
