The form is the right tool for planning a trip, comparing vehicle options, or asking about a date that is weeks out. It is the wrong tool for a pickup tomorrow morning.

What should I include to get a real quote back?

The difference between a useful reply and a follow-up question is usually four details:

• Date and time, and whether the time is fixed or flexible
• Pickup and destination, including every stop in between
• How many people are traveling, and what luggage or equipment is coming with them
• Whether you need the vehicle to wait, or it is a one-way trip

Do you serve my area?

We work across the Greater Houston area and the surrounding counties, including runs out to the Port of Galveston and to both airports. If your pickup is outside the list on this page, ask rather than assume. Long-distance and out-of-area trips are common, particularly cruise and airport work, and the answer is usually yes.

Is this a chauffeur service or a rideshare?

A chauffeur service, and the difference matters most on the trips where something goes wrong. Your trip is assigned to a named chauffeur in advance rather than auctioned to whoever is nearby. Every chauffeur is trained through PAX Certified Chauffeur Training, licensed and permitted by the City of Houston, and background checked. Pricing is quoted up front, so a closed freeway is our problem rather than a surge multiplier on your fare.

How far ahead should I book?

For an ordinary weekday airport run, a few days is usually plenty and same-day is often possible. For anything tied to a date you cannot move, book early. Prom season, graduation weekends, wedding Saturdays, cruise Sundays and major event dates at NRG all concentrate demand into the same handful of days, and those are the dates that run out of vehicles first.
