Who is driving, and can you verify it

This is the first question every time, and it deserves a direct answer. Every chauffeur is trained through PAX Certified Chauffeur Training, licensed and permitted by the City of Houston, and background checked. We will tell you your chauffeur's name before the night.

We are a chauffeur company, not a rideshare app. The same person drives the whole night. Nobody is reassigned mid-evening and no unfamiliar driver turns up for the return leg.

The itinerary is fixed in advance and we stick to it

Prom nights get changed on the fly by teenagers, which is exactly what parents are worried about. We take the itinerary from whoever books and pays. Changes on the night are confirmed with that person, not with the group in the vehicle.

• Photos at a parent's house, then dinner, then the venue
• Group pickup from several homes, then a single drop at the school or hotel
• A held vehicle for the whole evening, so the return is never in question
• Drop-offs at each home at the end, with a text when the last student is out

Conduct, plainly stated

No alcohol and no smoking in the vehicle, regardless of who booked it. The chauffeur ends the trip and calls the booking parent if that is not respected. We would rather be clear about this before you book than have the conversation at eleven at night.

Book earlier than you think

Prom season is concentrated into a handful of Saturdays across the whole Houston area, and homecoming is worse because most schools schedule it in the same few weeks. Vehicles for those dates go months out. If you have the date, book it before you have the dress.
