Protect the vacation you sold
You booked the cruise. We make sure your clients reach the ship. Priority scheduling on your bookings, flight monitoring on every client, a text when they are picked up, and another when they are standing at the terminal. Your phone stays quiet.
Advisor registration
Register your agency
This is the advisor form, not a client booking. Register once and we send your direct contact line and the partner agreement.
The smallest line item is the one that ruins the trip
Nobody wakes up wanting a car service. Advisors wake up hoping the driver shows, the flight lands, and the phone stays quiet on a Saturday morning. Ground transportation is usually the cheapest thing on a cruise booking and the one most likely to unravel the rest of it.
A missed pickup does not stay a transportation complaint. It becomes a story about the advisor who recommended it. That is what this program is built around: your clients should remember that you found them the ride that made the whole thing effortless.
What you get as a registered advisor
Every transportation company offers commission. Almost none of them make your job easier. That gap is the entire program.
- Priority scheduling on advisor bookings
- Last minute accommodation whenever we have the vehicle
- The owner's direct cell line, not a dispatch queue
- Flight monitoring on every client arriving by air
- Port of Galveston terminal knowledge, including which terminal your ship is using
- A text when your clients are picked up
- A text when they arrive safely
You will never have to chase a booking
After every booking you get the driver, the vehicle, and the ETA without asking. Then pickup confirmation. Then confirmation that your clients were dropped at the right terminal. Most companies will tell you any of that if you call and wait. We send it before you think to ask, on every single booking.
That is the part advisors tell us they cannot get anywhere else. It is also the part that keeps a Saturday morning from turning into four phone calls.

Commission
We pay referral commission and it scales with volume. The rate schedule and payment terms are in the partner agreement, which we send as soon as you register.
We keep the numbers in the agreement rather than on a web page for one practical reason: some host agencies restrict outside compensation for their affiliated advisors. You should be able to read the terms and check them against your own agency policy before anyone signs anything.
Top Tier Certified Cruise Partner
A short training on the things that go wrong at Galveston: terminal layouts, realistic arrival windows, and how to set client expectations before sailing day. It runs about twenty minutes and ends with a digital certificate and badge you can use in your own marketing.
The certification is in development. Registered advisors get first access when it opens.
Host agencies, franchises, and consortia
If you run or represent a network rather than a single book of business, this can be set up once for the whole roster: one agreement, one point of contact, and the same booking notifications for every advisor under you. Pick the host agency option on the form and tell us how many advisors you represent.
You also do not need to be anywhere near Texas. Any advisor in the country can put a client on a Galveston sailing, and the ground half is ours whether you work out of Houston or Hartford.
When a flight moves
We watch every flight we are assigned. If an arrival slips, we know before your client is through baggage claim, we adjust the pickup, and we tell you what changed. Nobody should learn about a schedule change from the person who is standing in the terminal.
