You set the return time, not a bus schedule

The reason most people book a chauffeur for a casino run is the ride home. A shared shuttle leaves when the shuttle leaves. Your chauffeur waits, and you go when your group is ready, whether that is three hours in or after the late show.

That also settles the designated-driver question before anyone has to volunteer. Nobody in the group has to sit out the evening to get everyone home.

The drive is long enough that the vehicle matters

Houston is not next door to the Louisiana casinos. It is a real drive each way, which is why we ask what the group wants before assigning a vehicle. A couple traveling alone and a group of ten heading out for a birthday are two different trips.

• Sedan or SUV for one or two couples who want the quiet ride
• Sprinter van when the group wants to sit together and talk on the way
• Coach for a club, a company outing, or a multi-family trip

Stops on the way are normal, not an upcharge conversation

Groups routinely add a meal on the way out or a coffee stop on the way back. Tell us at booking and it goes on the itinerary. Adding it on the day is usually fine too, though a planned stop keeps the timing predictable for everyone else in the vehicle.

What to send us

Pickup address or addresses, the destination, your target arrival, and a rough headcount. If the group is spread across several homes we will build the pickup order rather than asking everyone to meet in one place. Confirmation comes back by text or phone.
