The failure mode for group travel is not the vehicles. It is twelve people texting three different drivers. We run group jobs through a single coordinator who holds the manifest, the timings and the changes, and who talks to one person on your side.

That matters most when the plan moves. A delayed flight, a session that runs long, or a reception that ends early only has to be communicated once.

Multi-vehicle runs are planned backwards from the deadline

If forty people have to be seated at seven, we work back from seven: load time, drive time with a buffer for the corridor you are traveling, and the pickup sequence. That usually means the first vehicle leaves earlier than anyone expects, and it is why the plan gets written down rather than agreed on a call.

On vehicle sizes

We will match vehicles to your final headcount, including luggage, equipment or gear, when we quote. We deliberately do not publish seat counts here, because the honest number depends on how much you are carrying, and a number on a web page that turns out to be wrong at the curb on the day is worse than no number at all. Tell us the headcount and what is traveling with them and we will tell you exactly what we are sending.

What we need to quote accurately

Dates, the number of travellers, every pickup point, the hard deadline, and whether the group needs the vehicles held between legs. For arrivals, flight numbers, because we track them and adjust pickups when a flight moves.
