What happens if my flight delays?

We monitor your flights around the clock. We will adjust the reservation as needed, and our chauffeurs will still meet you in the baggage claim area when you arrive.

What time should I be picked up for my cruise?

We recommend arriving at the port 1-2 hours before your boarding time. We'll work backwards from your boarding window to determine the ideal pickup time based on your location.

Where do you pick up at the cruise terminal?

Your chauffeur will pick you up at the cruise terminal once you get off.

Can you pick us up directly from the cruise terminal?

Absolutely! For disembarkation, we meet you at the designated pickup area at the cruise terminal. Just let us know your expected debarkation time.
